Down the road the sun was shining.
A good bit of wood split and stacked. Ready for the winter heating season. It is a good feeling to have the wood ready and the freezer full. I saw the wood chuck run from the wood pile to the shed today. We are going to have to do something about him. He is huge and is making a mess under our shed. I am surprised the floor hasn't caved in yet. Seriously, he has lived back here a long time but is now being destructive. We haven't been able to catch him all summer. grrrrr.....
I think this is a choke cherry tree. It should be called the octopus tree. ha ha
These hydrangeas are a beautiful pink color in the summer but look at the beautiful color they are in the fall. I love these.
